Peter D. Stephan PETER D. STEPHAN attended Capital University on an Air Force R.O.T.C. Scholarship.  Upon graduation from college in 1971 he entered law school and graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree in 1974 from Capital University.  In November of 1974 he entered the United States Air Force as a Judge Advocate.  While in the Air Force he received two Commendation Medals.  In 1978 he separated from the Air Force and entered the private practice of law in Xenia, Ohio, where he resides with his family.  He is a past president of the Greene County Bar Association, the Xenia Rotary Club, the Xenia Area Chamber of Commerce and the Xenia Education Endowment Fund.  He is a recent recipient of the F.M. Torrence Award, for lifetime achievement of voluntary services and activities.  Mr. Stephan practices law in the area of Probate Law, Estate Planning, Real Estate, Corporate Law, Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice.
Stephanie B. Stephan STEPHANIE B. STEPHAN graduated from Michigan State University, Eli Broad College of Business in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in General Business Administrations/Pre Law.  She graduated from Michigan State University College of Law in 2003 with a Juris Doctor Degree.  She was admitted to practice law on November 10, 2003 and has served as the Vice President of Home Site Title Agency, Inc. since May of 2003.  Mrs. Stephan is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Greene County Bar Association.  She is also a member of the Dayton Area Board of Realtors and a Board Member for the Greene County Community Foundation.
Peter D. Stephan APRIL H. MOORE graduated from Fairborn High School in 2002, she then attended Miami University and graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Family Studies. Mrs. Moore then attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing Michigan and graduated in 2009, and obtained her license to practice law in 2009. April is a member of the Greene County Bar Association, she also is the school board president for Summit Academy in Xenia as well as a board member for Summit Academy Dayton. Mrs. Moore practices law in the areas of Criminal and Traffic Law, Family Law, Juvenile and Delinquency Law and Personal Injury. Mrs. Moore also acts a Guardian ad Litem for the Domestic Relations and Juvenile Courts.
